Did you know that if you take a fire hose away from a fireman, he is useless? Or that if you take a baby away from her mother, both will become devasted. If you were going to hide a painter's easel, how would he create a masterpiece? Or maybe a baker was out of flour, how would he bake? What if a musician lost all his instruments and his voice went silent? How would he tell you of his love and tragedy?
Sometimes people need to do things that maybe we don't fully understand, but they do. And if we take the time to appreciate their work, then, maybe then, we will understand why they must use their tools the best they know how. For we all have something that we must do to make ourselves complete. I feel like I need to teach children and write and create a home for my family. I have to. I won't feel complete until I do those things. What is it that you need to do?
